Instructions for the Submission of Abstracts
Abstract Submission Deadline: Friday 20th January 2012

Authors wishing to submit an abstract are requested to submit a maximum of 250 words (excluding title).
The following information is required for each abstract:

• Primary author’s name, position, organisation, full contact address, telephone and fax number and email address.  This information will be used for all further communications.
• Names and organisations of co-authors.
• Please state the presentation preference as oral presentation, poster presentation or either.

Abstracts are invited under the following themes:

-          Science/Epidemiology

-          Pathology

-          Training/Education

-          Audit/Quality Assurance

-          Treatment and Morbidity

Notification of Acceptance – Friday 10th February 2012
Authors will be advised of the Paper Selection Committee’s decision by Friday 10th February 2012.  Please note that all presenters (poster and oral) will be required to pay the full registration fee. 

Posters
Posters will be on display throughout the meeting. Poster boards are 1.00m wide x 2.00m high. It is recommended that displays do not exceed 1.5m in length. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any posters left after the conference.



Bursaries
A limited number of bursaries will be offered to presenting authors of oral and poster papers please refer to the abstract submission form for further details.
