Registration Fees

Early Rate (early Registration Deadline 24th February 2012): £365
Late Rate (applies from the 25th February 2012 to 17th April 2012): £415
Onsite Rate (applies from the 18th April 2012 onwards): £450

The registration fee includes:

• Attendance at all sessions and entrance to the exhibition area
• Delegate bag and conference material
• Tea/coffee and lunches on Thursday 19th and Friday 20th April
• Attendance at the Welcome Reception on Wednesday 18th April and the Pre-dinner Drinks Reception and Conference Dinner on Thursday 19th April. Please note that space is limited at the conference reception and dinner and will be available on a first come first served basis. When you register on-line please remember to tick the box if you want to attend the dinner otherwise a place will not be reserved for you. Unfortunately, BSCCP cannot offer any refunds for those not wishing to attend the social events.

Payment of Registration Fees

Full payment must be made by credit/debit card at the time of registering. Cards accepted are VISA, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Delta, unfortunately we cannot accept American Express or Maestro. Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless full payment has been received. On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you by the conference organisers. If you have not received this within 5 working days of registering, please contact the conference organisers by emailing bsccp@in-conference.org.uk.

Delegate Cancellation   

Notification of cancellation must be submitted by email to the conference organisers
