When is the abstract submission deadline?
The abstract submission deadline is 12nd February 2021 at 12 Noon UK time.
Are there cancellation fees?
Free cancellation before Monday 12th April.
Do I have to pay by credit card online or can I be invoiced?
We request that all registrations are paid however if this is not possible please contact us at email@example.com
Can I pay in my local currency?
All payments must be made in UK Pounds (£) to ensure that the full amount is received.
Will I be charged for my payment?
If payment is made by bank transfer we ask that you pay all bank charges. Alternatively we can accept payment by debit/credit card where there are no additional fees.
Can I pay by American Express?
Unfortunately we do not accept AMEX. Please pay by VISA and MasterCard.
Can I get a receipt for my payment to attend the congress?
Receipts will be issued electronically via email.
I received the following error message when trying to complete the payment on the registration site:
