Terms & Conditions
Payment of Registration Fees
Full payment must be made by credit/debit card at the time of registering.
Cards accepted are VISA, Visa Debit and MasterCard, unfortunately we cannot accept American Express or Maestro.
Full payment must be received in full prior to the congress. If you register at the early registration rate, payment must be received in full by the Early Registration deadline. If payment is not received at this time, your registration rate will automatically be changed to standard registration and the higher fee will be due.
On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you by the congress organisers. If you have not received this within 5 working days of registering, please contact the congress organisers by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Notification of cancellation must be submitted by email to the congress organisers (In Conference Ltd) to email@example.com
Cancellations made on or before the cancellation deadline (1 March 2022) will be refunded fully. Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline will NOT be refunded.
By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.
In the event that the conference has to be cancelled due to circumstances out with the control of BSCCP, refunds on registration fees will only apply once other conference expenses have been covered.
Certificates of Attendance
Certificates will be emailed to all delegates 1 week after the conference and are only available for delegates who attend the conference.
Delegates manage their own CPD Account / Portfolios and can self-declare one CPD point for every hour of teaching, however you must have the documentation to prove this and upload it to your profile.
By no means shall BSCCP 2022 be held liable, either directly or indirectly, for any problematic issue that may occur within the framework of the conference and its organisation, not only with respect to the organisers but also with respect to third parties (airline companies, hotels, transportation, taxis, etc.) while in the performance of duties or services even indirectly related to the conference.
This contractual liability exemption clause is equally valid in case of an event of force majeure which leads to the disruption and/or the partial or complete cancellation of the conference programme, for reasons not attributable to BSCCP 2022. An event of force majeure is defined as an unforeseen and exceptional event – be it climatic, environmental, political or socio-economic – and does not imply any limitation.
Furthermore, the delegate also expressly agrees to totally absolve BSCCP 2022 from any responsibility and liability with regard to travel insurance and related costs or claims. It is solely up to the individual to seek out and purchase or otherwise obtain the necessary insurance with regards to his/her travel, etc. and/or to independently issue a claim against any third party that may be responsible for direct or indirect losses or damages caused to or suffered by the delegate en route to and from the congress.
