The Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) is an award-winning premier conference, events and entertainment venue, situated at the town’s centre whilst boasting panoramic views of its internationally-acclaimed coastline.

Travel Directions

By Air
The BIC can be accessed by two main airports – Bournemouth Airport located around 10 minutes from the town centre or Southhampton Airport located just over an hour away from the BIC.

Bournemouth Airport
You can book a taxi directly from the airport through their recommended taxi service PRC Streamline Taxis. The taxi journey will be roughly 20 minutes traffic dependant and will cost approx. £20 – £25.00.

Alternatively you can catch an Airport Bus which will drop you near the BIC (7 minute walk). The journey time will be under one hour and the bus number is 737.

Southampton Airport

The easiest way to get from the Airport to the BIC is by train with a journey time of approx. 45 minutes. For full train information please click here. The train will take you into Bournemouth Station and from there the BIC is only a short taxi ride away.

By Road
From London:
Take the M25, then the M3, M27 and A31 to Ringwood. From Ringwood, follow the A338 (Wessex Way), to the Bournemouth West Roundabout.

From The Bournemouth West Roundabout:
Take the first exit and follow the brown signs to the BIC. The BIC multi-storey car park is off the roundabout at the bottom of Priory Road.

From the North and West:
Head for the A31 / A338 junction (Ashley Heath) just outside Ringwood, taking the A338 (Wessex Way) to Bournemouth. Then follow the directions from the Bournemouth West Roundabout.

By Rail
London Waterloo is a mere 97 minutes away from Bournemouth. Fast daily train services also offer regular direct connections from around the UK and Bournemouth Station is approximately 1.5 miles from the BIC.
