Virtual Conference FAQ

LogIn details
A log in link was sent to the email address you used to register – please check your spam folder too. If you did not receive this, please email us.

Accessing and using the platform
When you first sign in , the Event Check In window displays, where you can update your profile, capture or add a profile photo and review your privacy settings. To edit or change these settings, please click on your profile photo at the top right of the screen and select My Settings.
Sessions and functions that are happening each day are listed in the timeline in chronological order. You can click on any of the items in the timeline to view additional information and join the session or function.

Live Q&A and Discussion Forum
During the conference, you can use the Live Q&A box to submit your questions which will be answered during the panel discussion. To chat with other attendees and speakers, please use the Discussion Forum.

Meeting Hub
The Meeting Hub allows you to connect and communicate with other attendees. Once you have located an attendee you want to connect with, click the Connect button. Once the other attendee accepts your request, you can choose to interact with your connection by starting a live chat.

Poster Gallery
You will be able to browse and search for poster presentations that interest you in the Poster Gallery. Poster viewing is open throughout the conference.

BSCCP 2021 Best Poster
You can vote for the best poster by clicking on the link which was included in your login communication. Voting is limited to one vote per attendee and will close on Friday 16th April 2021 at 13:00 GMT.

Virtual Exhibition
You can visit the Virtual Exhibition at any time during the event by clicking on the Virtual Exhibition button at the right of the timeline. When you are in the Virtual Exhibition Hall, you can search and browse through the list of exhibitors. Clicking on the View Button lets you review the Exhibitor’s Information and download any available brochures.

Help during the conference
Our Live Event Support Team is online and available for you. If you have any questions or need technical assistance, please click on the red Live Support icon in the top right of the screen.

Top Tips to Enhance your Experience

  • Use a laptop or computer to access the portal. Do not use a mobile device (phone/tablet), as these are not compatible.
  • Use Google Chrome. We recommend using Chrome as your browser and for you to have as few other browsers/ tabs open concurrently to give yourself full internet bandwidth.
  • Log in early. We recommend logging in at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the conference, to become familiar with the virtual platform.

Certificate of Attendance
This will be issued to you after the conference has concluded and you completed a short feedback survey

Session recordings
Recordings of all sessions will be available within 5 working days and will be accessible until the 7th July.
