When is the abstract submission deadline?
The abstract submission deadline is 27 February 2023 at 10am GMT (UK time).
When is the early registration deadline?
The early registration deadline is 31 March 2023 at midnight GMT (UK time).
Are there cancellation fees?
Up until 31 March 2023 you can cancel with a £40 cancellation fee. After 1 April, no refunds will be made.
Do I have to pay by credit card online or can I be invoiced?
We request that all registrations are paid for online once the registration link is open however if this is not possible please contact us at bsccp@in-conference.org.uk
Can I pay in my local currency?
All payments must be made in UK Pounds (£) to ensure that the full amount is received.
Will I be charged for my payment?
If payment is made by bank transfer we ask that you pay all bank charges. Alternatively we can accept payment by credit card where there are no additional fees.
Can I pay by American Express?
Unfortunately we do not accept AMEX. Please pay by VISA and MasterCard.
Can I get a receipt for my payment to attend the congress?
Receipts will be issued electronically via email.
How can I receive an invitation letter to the conference for my VISA application?
We are able to issue an invitation letter once we have received your completed registration and payment. Please make this request in the notes section at the end of the online registration process. Please note that is it your responsibility to check the Visa Entry Regulations into the UK and further information can be found by clicking here.
VALIDITY OF PASSPORTS
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for travel and we recommend that you check with your local Embassy. Please note that some countries require your passport to be valid for up to 3 months from the date of return.
Can I just turn up on the day to register?
Yes, our registration desk is open every day throughout the event. Please note that the on-site fees are more expensive.
